Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Services Rendered

Rooted Exterior Solutions provides professional exterior cleaning services, including house washing, pressure washing, soft washing, and gutter cleaning. All services are performed with professional-grade equipment and specialized cleaning solutions.

2. Property & Water Access

Water Source: The client agrees to provide Rooted Exterior Solutions with access to an outdoor, functioning water source (spigot) with steady water pressure.

Property Preparation: Clients must ensure all windows and doors are tightly shut, outdoor electrical outlets are covered, and fragile items (plants, outdoor furniture, decorations) are moved away from the wash zone prior to our arrival. All items moved away from areas to be cleaned there is a $50 service fee for excessive relocation of items.

3. Pre-existing Damage & Liability

Rooted Exterior Solutions is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing property conditions, such as loose vinyl siding, cracked stucco, faulty window seals, or wood rot. We conduct a pre-wash inspection and will document any notable wear before starting work. Please advise us if any preexisting problems are there. We do our best to photo any trouble areas.

4.Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless prior written arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, checks, and digital payments. Late payments may be subject to a standard administrative fee.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this page.
