I've hung Christmas lights on more than 300 homes around the CSRA, and Evans is where a lot of that work happens. Columbia County houses tend to have long rooflines, steep gables and plenty of second-story peaks. Those are the homes that look best lit up, and they're also the ones you don't want to be on a ladder for in December.

What You Get
• A plan built around your house. I come out, look at your rooflines and walk you through what will look good from the street. No catalog packages.
• Lights cut to fit, and they're yours. Every run is measured and cut to your roofline, so there are no dangling extra strands or gaps at the corners. No rental and no lease.
• Clean, even lines. Bulbs sit 18 inches apart, and each roofline is one continuous run wherever I can make it one.
• Lifetime warranty on the lights. If something goes out during the season, I'm back within 48 hours, whether it's one bulb or a whole section.
• Takedown and storage. After the holidays everything comes down, gets labeled by roofline and gets stored until next year.

What It Costs
Installs start at $900. Most of the first-year cost is the lights themselves, cut for your house. Because you own them after that, every year after the first is 60% of the first-year price. There's no written contract. I just ask you to plan on about three years with us, and I won't hold you to it.

Why Not Do It Yourself?
You can, and plenty of people do. But store strings usually start dying by mid-December, the clips pull up shingles and bend gutter edges, and a two-story Evans roofline is a real fall risk. When I hang the lights, they go up safely, stay lit through New Year's and come down without damaging your gutters or shingles.

Christmas Light Installation FAQ for Evans
When should I book?
Now. Install days fill up from November 1 on, and the earliest bookings get the earliest install dates.
Do I have to be home for the install?
No. Most installs take less than a day, and once we've agreed on the plan I can do the whole thing while you're at work. I just need access to an outdoor outlet.
Can you light trees, wreaths and walkways too?
Yes. Rooflines are the main event, but I also do lit wreaths, trees, bushes and ground lighting. I'll show you each option with a price before you decide.
What if a section goes out?
Call or text me. I fix it within 48 hours during the season.
Do you take the lights down?
Yes. Takedown and storage come with every install.
