What I Clean on a House Wash
A house wash is a soft wash from the roofline down: siding, soffits, the outside of the gutters, window frames, doors and trim. A cleaning mix loosens the algae, mildew and dirt, and a low-pressure rinse carries it off. I don't blast siding with high pressure.

Homes in Augusta-Richmond County are generally older than the ones across the line in Columbia County, which is one more reason I keep the pressure low. I also see a lot of painted brick in Augusta, mostly on houses that were renovated to sell, because painting the brick is a quick way to give a house a new look. Painted brick gets a low-pressure wash so the paint stays on the wall.
