At Rooted Exterior Solutions, we take immense pride in the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our clients. Because we provide professional cleaning services, we do not offer monetary refunds once a service has been completed. However, we stand firmly behind our workmanship.

Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the results of any service we perform (such as house washing, pressure washing, or roof cleaning), please notify our team within 24 hours of job completion. We will promptly return to your property to re-clean and address the specific areas of concern at absolutely no additional cost to you.

Booking Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits: Any booking deposits required to secure your service date are non-refundable, as they lock in a dedicated time slot on our truck schedule.

Rescheduling: We require at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule within this window, your deposit will be fully transferred to your new service date.
