I grew up in Aiken, and it is still where I wash more houses than anywhere else. Most of that work comes from word of mouth and from people seeing my truck around town. I'm also a youth pastor over in Graniteville, so there is a good chance we already know some of the same people.

What a House Wash Covers
Every house wash I do is a low-pressure soft wash. I clean the siding, soffits, gutters, window frames and doors, and the wash removes the mold, mildew and algae that turn a house green. High pressure stays off your siding. It belongs on concrete.
Brick, Vinyl or Stucco: Aiken Has All Three
Most Aiken homes sit inside a community, and no two communities are alike. Some are farm communities and some are HOA neighborhoods, and the houses run from brick to vinyl to stucco with no pattern to it. I have washed all three here this year, along with detached garages, a barn and a shed.
What House Washing Costs in Aiken
Most house washes in Aiken run about $300 to $500. The price comes down to the size of the house and how hard it is to wash, and a bigger or harder house costs more. Many of my Aiken customers have the driveway, walks or pool deck cleaned in the same visit, and that earns a bundle discount. Only one discount applies to a job.
A roof wash is a separate job and a much bigger one. When a roof is part of the visit, the total goes well past the price of a house wash alone.
Your Neighbors Will Notice
This summer I washed a house in Aiken, and a neighbor on the same road saw it and had me back the next week to wash theirs. A lot of my work here starts that way.
House Washing Questions From Aiken Homeowners
Is soft washing a good idea for my house in Aiken?
Yes. Aiken's humidity and tree cover grow algae and mildew on siding, and high pressure can crack vinyl, strip paint and push water behind the siding. A low-pressure soft wash kills the growth and rinses it off without that damage. I have washed around 4,000 homes across the CSRA this way.
How much does house washing cost in Aiken?
Most house washes in Aiken run about $300 to $500. Size and difficulty set the price, so a large home, or one where I have to get on the roof to reach part of it, costs more.
Do you pressure wash the siding?
No. Siding gets a low-pressure soft wash. I save high pressure for concrete.
How often should a house be washed?
Any house that has gone more than two years without a wash is going to be dirty. A brand-new house still collects dust, shaded sides under heavy tree cover turn green first, and a house with a lot of outdoor lighting gets dirty faster.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as I can reach an outdoor water spigot, I can wash the house while you are out, and I will send before-and-after photos when I am done.
Which parts of Aiken do you cover?
I wash houses in every neighborhood in Aiken and across the rest of the CSRA.
